Product Overview
Modified asphalt waterproofing membrane for roads and bridges is a flexible sheet waterproofing material made of polyester felt as the tire base, styrene butadiene styrene (SBS) thermoplastic elastomer, random polypropylene or random polyolefin (APP) plastic as the modifier, and covered on both sides with isolation materials such as polyethylene film, fine sand or mineral granules. Modified asphalt waterproofing membrane for railway bridges and culverts is a type of high polymer modified asphalt waterproofing membrane made with high polymer modified asphalt as the coating layer, long fiber polyester fiber felt as the matrix, and fine sand as the covering material.
Product Type
The products are divided into: (Z) self-adhesive construction, (R) hot melt or (J) hot melt adhesive construction waterproofing membrane according to the construction method.
Hot melt or hot melt adhesive construction waterproofing membranes are divided into modified asphalt waterproofing membranes based on the type of modified material: elastic (SBS) and plastic (APP) modified asphalt waterproofing membranes.
Self adhesive construction waterproofing membrane is a rubber modified asphalt waterproofing membrane with overall self-adhesive properties, mainly composed of SBS and added with other polymers.
APP modified asphalt waterproofing membrane is divided into Type 1 and Type II according to the form of asphalt pavement layer.
The surface material on the coil is fine sand (S).
Hot melt construction waterproofing membrane is divided into polyethylene film (PE) and fine sand (S) according to the surface material.
The lower surface material of the waterproofing membrane for hot melt adhesive construction is fine sand (S). Thickness: 2.5mm 3.5mm 4.0mm 4.5mm
Product FeaturesHas all the features of APP/SBS. Has excellent heat resistance, high temperature shear resistance, and dimensional stability. Strong resistance to breakage, able to withstand the puncture of equipment bare rolling and granular materials during construction. High tensile strength, high elongation, and high bond strength with concrete. Not foaming or layering, with good impermeability, able to withstand the repeated action of driving and dynamic water pressure. Good acid, alkali, and salt resistance, not affected by freeze-thaw cycles. ● Good anti-aging performance. |
