Product OverviewColorful and wide width polyurethane vinyl (PVC) waterproof roll is a high-quality, high polymer waterproof sheet, which is produced by extrusion method after PVC resin is added with processing aids such as plasticizer, anti ultraviolet agent, anti-aging agent and stabilizer. Due to the use of a unique product formula, the lifespan of this product far exceeds that of ordinary waterproof materials. The entire waterproof system has a long lifespan, with roofs exceeding 20 years and underground exceeding 50 years. It has been widely used in construction and civil engineering.
Internally reinforced polyvinyl chloride (PVC) waterproofing membrane is a thermoplastic PVC membrane that uses polyester fiber fabric or glass fiber as reinforcement bars. Through a special extrusion coating process, the double-sided polyethylene oxide plastic layer and the middle polyester or glass fiber reinforcement bar are combined to form a polymer membrane. The combination of advanced formula polyethylene plastic layer and mesh structure polyester fiber fabric gives the coil excellent dimensional stability and low thermal expansion coefficient. The reinforcing ribs inside the glass fiber are fully kneaded with the roll material, so there will be no interlayer separation or water immersion. Enhance the long-term performance of the coil in the natural environment, and at the same time, the unique coating on the surface of the coil enables it to have self-cleaning function, preventing dust and pollutants in the air from coloring the coil.

construction technology
1、 Roofing Engineering (GB50207-2012)
The strength, thickness, moisture content and other indicators of the construction base layer should meet the design requirements of national standards before the construction of PVC waterproofing membrane can be carried out. Determine the direction and sequence of laying the planned roll material, and arrange it naturally on the base layer according to the outline of the waterproof layer. Smooth and straight, without bending, overlap according to the required overlap width specified in the specifications. Fix according to the selected fixing method, such as mechanical fixing method, full adhesion method, strip adhesion method, etc.
The overlapping parts of waterproof membrane welding should be wiped clean and dry, and hot air welding should be used. During welding, the welding nozzle should be at a 45 ° angle to the welding direction, and the pressure roller should be parallel to the welding nozzle and maintain a distance of about 5mm. The welding edge should have a bright colored molten paste seeping out, and there should be no burning phenomenon. The end of the coil is fixed with a metal pressure strip, sealed with sealant, and tightly sealed with cement mortar. Quality inspection and treatment will be carried out after the completion of the waterproof construction of the entire project.
2、 Underground Engineering (GB50208-2011)
The strength, thickness, moisture content and other indicators of the construction base layer should meet the design requirements of national standards before PVC waterproofing membrane construction can be carried out. Reasonably select the construction method according to the different waterproof parts, and specifically implement the GB50208-2011 standard. The overlap width of the coil should be 100mm, and the lower coil should press down on the upper coil. Multiple welds should be used for lap joints, and the welding width of a single weld should not be less than 100mm.
