Product Overview

Pre laid/wet laid self-adhesive polymer modified asphalt waterproofing membrane is a self-adhesive waterproofing membrane made of polyester fiber non-woven fabric as the base, coated with self-adhesive modified asphalt on both sides, and covered with isolation materials such as silicon isolation film, polyethylene film, and fine sand on the lower surface. The upper surface is coated with silicon isolation film or silicon isolation paper as the isolation material, which is suitable for pre laid/wet laid construction.

Scope of Application

Non exposed roofs, underground and indoor works of various types of buildings;

Waterproofing for open cut subway, tunnel, water tank, canal and other engineering projects, especially suitable for projects that do not allow the use of open flames.

Key construction points

Wet laying or pre laying construction methods can be selected according to different requirements such as engineering structure, engineering category, engineering design, and usage standards.

(1) Pre laying method

Pre laying of roll material: Cut the product and place the self-adhesive layer of the roll material with the isolation paper facing the structural layer and the other side facing the base layer. Pre lay it on the cushion layer, protective wall, underground continuous wall or pile (for underground tunnels, polymer roll material with geotextile surface material is directly hung on the pre fixed hook). Roll material joint: The roll material joint adopts cold self-adhesive method, and the reserved isolation tape on the self-adhesive edge of the joint can be peeled off and directly pasted to form a complete sealed waterproof system. Roll back adhesion: Tear off the isolation paper, pour structural concrete, and the roll can crosslink and mesh with the flowing concrete, forming a strong adhesive force. In this way, the roll is bonded to the concrete building structure, forming a rigid flexible seamless bond between the waterproof roll and the building structure. If steel bars need to be tied, simply remove the isolation paper and tie them directly, without the need to pour mortar and fine aggregate concrete as a protective layer for the waterproofing membrane.

(2) Wet laying method

Grassroots treatment: Clean the surface of the base layer. The base layer can be damp, but there should be no visible water. If the base layer is dry, it needs to be moistened with water. Preparation of cement slurry: Add water directly to cement (not less than 32.5R grade ordinary silicate cement), with a cement: water ratio of 1:0.3~0.4 (weight ratio, adjusted reasonably according to actual situation), stir with an electric mixer for 1-2 minutes, mix well and let it stand for 5-8 minutes. Roll pasting: Use a trowel or scraper to evenly apply the mixed cement slurry on the base layer, while scraping and laying the polymer composite self-adhesive waterproof roll on top, and then exhaust and compact it. Joint pasting: The joint of the roll material adopts cold self-adhesive method. The adjacent short edge joints should be staggered by more than 1m; When constructing the long edge joint, remove the reserved isolation tape on the self-adhesive edge of the joint, align it with the adhesive marking line, and directly paste it; Then use specialized sealing paste to reinforce the sealing end treatment.

Storage instructions

Products of different specifications should be stacked separately and not mixed together;

Avoid direct sunlight and rain, pay attention to ventilation; The storage temperature shall not exceed 45 ℃;

When the coil is placed flat, the stacking height should not exceed five layers, and when placed upright, it should be stacked in a single layer;

Prevent tilting and lateral pressure during transportation, and cover with tarpaulin if necessary;

Under normal storage and transportation conditions, the storage period is one year from the date of production.
