Product Overview
The two-component polyurethane waterproof coating produced by our company belongs to the two-component chemical reaction curing type waterproof coating. The first component is an isocyanate-terminated prepolymer obtained by polycondensation of polyether and isocyanate, while the second component is a colored liquid consisting of plasticizer, curing agent, thickener, accelerator, and filler. When used, the first and second components are mixed evenly in proportion and applied to the surface of the waterproof base layer. They undergo crosslinking and curing at room temperature to form a rubber-like elastic coating film, thus achieving waterproofing.
Product Features
(1) It can be directly applied on various wet or dry substrates
(2) Strong adhesion to the substrate, with the polymer substances in the coating film capable of penetrating into the fine cracks of the substrate, exhibiting strong conformability.
(3) The coating film exhibits good flexibility and toughness, strong adaptability to substrate expansion or cracking, and high tensile strength.
(4) It is green and environmentally friendly, non-toxic and odorless, does not pollute the environment, and poses no harm to human health.
(5) Good weather resistance, no flowing at high temperatures, no cracking at low temperatures, excellent anti-aging performance, oil resistance, wear resistance, ozone resistance, and resistance to acid and alkali erosion.
(6) The coating film is dense, the waterproof layer is intact, with no cracks, pinholes, or bubbles, and it possesses both waterproof and vapor barrier functions.
(7) Easy to construct, short construction period, and convenient for maintenance
(8) Various colors can be mixed and matched as needed
(9) Lightweight, without increasing the load on buildings

Scope of Application
Two-component polyurethane waterproof coating is suitable for various waterproofing projects of buildings such as roofs and basements; it is applicable to waterproofing projects of civil and industrial building roofs and underground works, municipal projects, bridges, subways, dams, etc., and can also be used for waterproofing projects of bathrooms, pools, balconies, parking lots, etc.; it is suitable for waterproofing projects in areas with complex shapes and criss-crossing pipelines.

construction technology
Construction process of two-component polyurethane waterproof coating: 1. Clean the base layer, 2. Apply base adhesive, 3. Add detailed layers, 4. One layer coating, 5. Two layer coating, 6. Three layer coating and stone slag adhesion.
(1) Grassroots requirements: flat, sturdy, and fully dry (underground engineering should have no obvious wet stains); The inner and outer corners should be made into circular arcs, with a diameter greater than 50mm for the inner corner and 10mm for the outer corner;
(2) Ingredients: Mix components A and B in a ratio of 1:2 according to the construction amount, and stir evenly;
(3) Large scale waterproof construction: Apply the mixed coating evenly with a rubber or plastic scraper, with a consistent thickness of generally 1.5mm-2.0mm. It is recommended to apply it in 3-4 coats, and the subsequent coat should be applied vertically after the previous coat has solidified into a film;
(4) Reference dosage: The dosage for a 1mm thick coating is approximately 1.3-1.5kg/m 2 (1.5mm thickness generally uses about 2.2 kg/m 2); Generally, it is formed as a separate film, and an additional layer of matrix reinforcement material should be added to the bottom plate of underground engineering;
(5) Coating thickness: for underground engineering, it should be 1.2-2.0mm, generally 1.5mm thick, and for toilets and bathrooms, it should not be less than 1.5mm; for exposed roof engineering with multiple waterproof layers, the thickness of each layer should not be less than 1.2mm, and for a waterproof level III roof with one layer, the thickness of the waterproof layer should not be less than 2mm; when adding tire reinforcement material between coatings, the thickness of the coating below the tire should not be less than 1.0mm, and the thickness of the coating above should not be less than 0.5mm;
(6) Closing and edge treatment: adding coating for sealing;
(7) Protective layer: The surface of the coating waterproof layer should be isolated and protected according to design requirements to prevent damage to the coating waterproof layer.
During the operation, ingredients should be mixed according to the daily operating volume, and excessive mixing is not allowed. If the viscosity of the coating is too high to scrape, a small amount of xylene can be added for dilution, and the amount added should not exceed 10% of the material B. If the curing of materials A and B is too fast after mixing, which affects the construction, a small amount of phosphoric acid or phenylsulfonylphenol chloride retarder can be added, and the amount added should not exceed 0.5% of material A; If the curing of the coating is too slow, a small amount of dibutyltin dilaurate can be added as a coagulant; But the amount added shall not exceed 0.3% of the material A.
After completing the waterproof coating and passing the inspection and acceptance, the water storage test can be carried out. If there is no leakage within 24 hours, the surface layer construction can be carried out
Precautions
(1) The construction site should be ventilated, and the temperature is generally required to be above 0 ℃, which is more suitable. Construction cannot be carried out on rainy days;
(2) After the paint is opened, it is recommended to use it all at once. The opened but unused materials should be sealed and stored properly, otherwise they will be wasted due to curing. The cured materials cannot be diluted and reused;
(3) If damage to the coating is found on the construction site, apply waterproof coating evenly to the damaged area.
transportation and storage
(1) Two component polyurethane waterproof coating is sealed in iron drums and stored away from sources of fire;
(2) During transportation, it is necessary to strictly prevent rain, avoid approaching fire sources, prevent collisions, and keep the packaging intact;
(3) Please pay attention to the anti freezing storage of products in cold regions or low temperature conditions. The storage temperature of liquid components should not be lower than 0 ℃
(4) Under sealed conditions, the shelf life of two-component polyurethane waterproof coating is 12 months. If it exceeds the shelf life, it must be inspected and qualified before use.
(5) Do not add water or other materials to this product during use
